How to Get ICA Travel Report in UAE?

You can request the travel report via:

Option 1: ICA Website

  • Visit: https://ica.gov.ae

  • Select Public Services → Travel Report Request

  • Fill in your Emirates ID, passport number, and contact info

  • Pay the fee online (AED 150–550)

Option 2: Amazon Attestation, any office

  • Visit any authorized Attestation center in UAE

  • Submit a copy of the Emirates ID & passport

  • Pay the fee and collect within 1–5 working days

What Is an Equivalency Certificate in UAE?

  • Notary + Ministry of Education + UAE Embassy in your country

Step 2: MOFA Attestation in the UAE

  • Submit the attested document to MOFAIC inside UAE


Step 3: Apply Through the MOE Online Portal

  • Website: moe. gov .ae

  • Register and upload:

    • Attested degree

    • Passport copy

    • Emirates ID

    • ICA travel report

    • University accreditation letter

    • Medium of instruction (MOI) letter (in some cases)

Step 4: Pay Fees

  • AED 150 – AED 1500 depending on the qualification

Step 5: Wait for Approval

  • Time: 5 to 40 working days

  • MOE may request additional documents or clarifications
