As a complimentary service, we offer the collection and delivery of documents worldwide, excluding remote areas. This service can be arranged through courier services or by utilizing Amazon attestation staff that will collect or dispatch documents to the requested address. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect the documents from our office once they are ready.

Please note that the time provided for document attestation signifies the commencement of the process from the day following the document's arrival at our office. While we strive to complete the collection and delivery within the specified timeframe as a courtesy, it is important to understand that this does not constitute a contractual obligation on our part.

 

1. Undelivered Documents:

If you are unable to collect the document from Amazon attestation or accept the delivery provided by Amazon Attestation, we kindly request a written confirmation from you within 30 days of order completion indicating when you will receive the document. Please note that Amazon attestation reserves the right to deny or destroy any documents from clients who do not collect them within 30 days of order completion.

 

1. Ready For Delivery:

Once the document is ready for delivery, we will notify the customer accordingly. If the document is not collected within 30 days, an additional service charge will be applied.

 

1. Delayed Orders:

The attestation process is subject to the rules and regulations set by Government Entities. Please note that these rules, regulations, and specific timeframes may change without prior notification from the respective Government Departments and consular offices. Any delays in the process can only be communicated afterward. Factors such as system failures at government offices, local public holidays, climate conditions, political disputes, and other similar circumstances may also contribute to delays. Amazon Attestation cannot be held responsible for such delays. We will promptly inform clients about these delays, which will be considered non-working days.

Additionally, it is important to understand that we will not be held responsible for any document rejected during attestation due to the document's non-eligibility. In such cases, we reserve the right to payment for the costs incurred until the rejection is confirmed.

 

1. Damaged Documents:

During the attestation process, each document goes through the hands of more than 100 individuals. We take full responsibility for any damage to the documents and will conduct a thorough investigation in such cases. In any case, the document will only be released once full payment has been received. Alternatively, Amazon Attestation can provide a letter accepting responsibility for the damage.

However, please note that we are not liable for the following types of damages:

• It is not advisable to laminate certificates because attestation is typically done on the reverse side of the document. If you plan to travel abroad again and require further attestation, all laminations will need to be removed. However, when removing the lamination, there is a possibility of unavoidable damage, especially if the document is old. Although rare, any damage that occurs during the removal process would be due to the adhesive relationship between the lamination and the document.

• When it comes to courier services, major companies typically accept standard-sized envelopes. If your certificate is larger, it may need to be folded to fit the required size. Stapling is a common practice in embassies, and we cannot be held responsible for any stapling that occurs during the attestation process.

• Regarding fake documents, it is important to note that the authenticity of the document is the sole responsibility of the submitter. We will not be held liable for any consequences that arise due to document duplicity. The submitter will be responsible for any legal liability or costs associated with such actions.

 

1. Modifications:

We may add or remove features to or from the Service, or modify the design of existing features of the Service, at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice to you.

 

 

 

1. Territory:

The use and access to the Site are free of any territorial restrictions unless prohibited by your local legislation. However, it is your responsibility to determine that your specific actions using this Site and your participation in the Services are in compliance with laws, rules and regulations applicable to you. You are solely responsible for all Content posted by you in Amazon Attestation and commercial and other business you may have entered into between you and another user/ third-party. 4.PRICING, TERMS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

a) Payment information.The payment shall be made in the local currency equivalent to the standard conversion rate advised by the particular office.

We offer multiple payment options including bank transfers, cheques, card machines, and cash. The pricing for our services may vary depending on the specific requirements of each client. It's important to note that all pricing is subject to change.

If there are any changes in government fees or processes related to Business Setup, License Renewal, Document Attestation, Translation services, Visa processing services, Tas-heel services, Amer-service, Emirates ID & Medical Typing, Ministry services, and PRO services that result in increased charges, we will inform the client in advance. We will proceed with the updated charges only after obtaining the client's verbal or written (electronic/non-electronic) confirmation. The additional fee in such cases shall be paid by the clients. It should also be noted that, any kind of documents shall be delivered or can be collected only after we have received the full payment from the client.

 

1. Taxes. Any payment you have agreed to make to Us is subject to any applicable taxation or similar financial imposition. You are responsible for paying any additional sum imposed in this way. For example, many of Our Services are subject to value-added tax, which You are required to pay to Us.

 

 

1. Invoicing. Invoices are sent by us. You shall pay all amounts invoiced in accordance with these Terms by means of electronic transfer of funds, card or cash. You are responsible for any outgoing bank transfer charges associated with the payments you make hereunder.

 

 

1. Moment of Payment fulfillment. All payment obligations of you shall be deemed fulfilled when the sums due are credited to us.

 

 

1. Suspension and termination for non-payment. If any amount owed by you under these Terms is overdue, we shall send a notification to you either via email or via any other reasonable means of communication. If you do not pay the fees when due, We may, without limiting its other rights and remedies, suspend the provision of the Services to You until the owed amounts are paid in full.

 

 

1. Cancellation of order or rejection by the authority.In case the client cancels the order at any time during the attestation or other process, we shall have the right to charge you the costs incurred to the point of cancellation and a proportionate service charge. If the process has been completed at the time of cancellation, we reserve the right to the payment of the full fee quoted.

The customer can cancel the service at any time. A service charge plus the charges for the processing completed (if applicable) will be charged in such case. The document which is rejected by any department shall also have similar charges.

 

1. Refund Policy.

Once payment is made and processing is initiated, if there is a rejection from the relevant government department, the government charges will be eligible for a refund. However, our service charges and the costs incurred to the point of rejection or cancellation will still be imposed and non-refundable. The refund will be processed through a bank transfer within 15 to 25 working days.

Additionally, If a client decides not to proceed with Amazon Attestation Services before the initiation of the process, we may refund the government fee only and not our service charges.

Regarding refunds, customers have a 90-day window to claim the refund after the cancellation of the process. Claims made after 90 days will not be accepted. It is important to comply with the required documents and any additional documentation as per the Government rules. If the client fails to provide the proper documents resulting in rejection from the government, the processing amount and our service charges will not be refunded.

 

 

1. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We will invoice You for any outstanding amounts due and payable by You, and You shall pay all such amounts in accordance with these Terms and the relevant invoice;

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, INTEGRATION, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY ANY COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. AMAZON ATTESTATION SERVICES AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) ANY INFORMATION WILL BE TIMELY, ACCURATE, RELIABLE OR CORRECT; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR PLACE; (C) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (D) THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (E) ANY RESULT OR OUTCOME CAN BE ACHIEVED. No Infringement of Laws.
